How Fast Can You Deliver Replacement Parts?
Our standard leadtime for custom replacement pump & compressor spare parts ranges from 412 weeks, subject to material availability, part complexity, casting / forging process and inspection requirements. For emergency breakdown cases, we offer expedited service: including laser cladding, shaft repair, impeller reconditioning and critical spare parts fasttrack production to minimize your equipment downtime.
Can You Reverse-Engineer a Part from a Sample or Drawing?
We support full reverseengineering based on physical samples, original worn components or legacy customer drawings. Our workflow includes 3D scanning, dimensional inspection, material analysis, FEA validation, and fullsize manufacturing. We can produce parts fully compliant with API standards to match original equipment performance. Typical lead times run 48 weeks depending on material, casting method and machining complexity. Urgent repair work — like laser welding or shaft restoration — can be fasttracked.
Which Materials Can You Cast and Machine?
We cover a wide portfolio of industrial alloys for pump and compressor components: carbon steel, stainless steels (304/316L, 904L), duplex & superduplex stainless steel, CA6NM, WCB, titanium alloy TC4, hightemperature martensitic steels and various nickelbase alloys. We are capable of investment casting, sand casting, forging plus precision CNC machining for impellers, casings, shafts, seals and rotating assemblies.
What Quality Documentation Do You Provide?
We supply complete quality documentation package upon request: material test reports (MTR), chemical & mechanical certificates, nondestructive testing reports (NDT: UT/MT/PT), dimensional inspection records, heattreatment records, balance test reports, impeller overspeed test certificates and thirdparty inspection documents.
